If your allergies manifest in the skin, nose, or intestines: Add 5 drops of castor oill to a small amount of lemon juice or water. Take on empty stomach in the morning hours.
Food allergy prevention: Separately dry roast equal amounts of white sesame, cumin and fennel seeds. Mix with rock salt. Store in glass jar. Chew handful of mixture after eating any food. This aides digestion and prevents food allergy reaction. (25 grams recommended per 1/2tsp rock salt)
Take licorice tea for relief: 1/2tsp licorice root powder, 1tsp ghee. After tea begins to cool add 1/2tsp honey. After adding honey drink. (NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY THOSE WITH HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE!)
Seasonal/Regional Allergies: Use Raw honey made in your area to build immunity. If possible buy from local farmer, if not search local health food stores. Sometimes you can get lucky and find a local honey on the grocery shelf, just be sure it is raw and not tainted with heat, or additives.
For airborne allergies such as dust mites, mold diffuse lemongrass, melaleuca (tea tree), or a blend of wild orange, clove, eucalyptus, cinnamon, and rosemary (if you use doTERRA this blend is the On Guard blend)
For those with 100% pure essential oils you may also ingest Lemon, Lavender or Peppermint to aide in allergy relief.
If you do not wish to diffuse oils you may also make a spritz and use on the linens before bed each night with your essential oil blends.
