My Vision for Life

When I, Julia, began this journey of being a wife and mother I had an idea of what I wanted that to look like, I figured my Mom is ...

First Aide in a Pill Bottle

Also an old Girls Camp thought that seems relevant today.

Ingredients

Pill Bottle
Aseptic Wipe or Alcohol wipe
Band-aids
Saftey Pin
Money
Wrapped Hard Candy
Note Card with Emergency Contact #'s

  1. Thoroughly wash and dry the empty pill bottle or bottles. Make sure they are dry before you begin to fill them.
  2. Cut small rectangular pieces of the 3-by-5 inch note card. This is for your contact numbers so fit it as necessary for you.
  3. Put everything in, find that starting with candy then wrapping everything else size wise tightly in a cylinder so it fits, if you are diabetic or are around them often though you may want to put the candy on top.
  4.  If you want to, add a label on the outside. Now you have a first aide kit that you can carry or pack anywhere.
Tips:
  • You don't have to use a pill bottle it could also be a film canister or anything else similar you have handy, just be sure it is water proof for safety sake
  • For children going to camp or similar situations this kit can also begin with a whole in the top for a necklace or lanyard ribbon.
  • For diabetics, if you can get them individually wrapped or have a way to wrap them for safe keeping, glucose tablets can also replace your candy.
