Note Card with Emergency Contact #'s
- Thoroughly wash and dry the empty pill bottle or bottles. Make sure they are dry before you begin to fill them.
- Cut small rectangular pieces of the 3-by-5 inch note card. This is for your contact numbers so fit it as necessary for you.
- Put everything in, find that starting with candy then wrapping everything else size wise tightly in a cylinder so it fits, if you are diabetic or are around them often though you may want to put the candy on top.
- If you want to, add a label on the outside. Now you have a first aide kit that you can carry or pack anywhere.
Tips:
- You don't have to use a pill bottle it could also be a film canister or anything else similar you have handy, just be sure it is water proof for safety sake
- For children going to camp or similar situations this kit can also begin with a whole in the top for a necklace or lanyard ribbon.
- For diabetics, if you can get them individually wrapped or have a way to wrap them for safe keeping, glucose tablets can also replace your candy.
