My Vision for Life

When I, Julia, began this journey of being a wife and mother I had an idea of what I wanted that to look like, I figured my Mom is ...

Happiness on 19 Jan 2012

1.) Even after a year of being together, my husband still smiles at how daintily I can eat my food.

2.) After a long rough day my husband still wants to take me out to a nice restaurant for date night every now and again.

3.) I'm six months pregnant and can still rock high healed shoes for several hours to enjoy a night out. Sure I can't see my feet, but I know they look stellar!

4.) It is amusing how active the baby becomes after a trip to Olive Garden.

5.) The very unique sensation, I may never get used to, when I'm not the only one in my body who is full and wants to stretch out.

6.) That awkward moment when you realize you are staring deeply at someone who is giving you a look of "What?". Whoops! Sorry!

7.) The puzzling realization that the man across the way is looking up at you more often than his date. ( I find this endearing when a man is so ready to settle down that he looks at the couple in the place he wants to be and can't seem to look away. Too bad the girl across from him is obviously not the one, or he wouldn't even have seen us.)

8.) The sweet furry children waiting patiently at the door for us to come home.

9.) The respect and love Will and I somehow manage to have for each other when everything seems to have gone wrong. There is just nothing like knowing that you love your spouse so much, that you are angry with yourself for getting angry, more than any situation you can come upon.

10.) Finally being at the place in my life, where everything seems to fit into place, with so much love, that we want to bring dessert home, and enjoy one another all night. Date night is a must, feeling beautiful for myself and my husband in public is wonderful. Knowing that I get to go home with the man I love and respect this much, and that he loves me just as much, and dessert tastes just as good cuddled up on the couch, that's priceless.
